• Understand product specifications and ensure accurate technical and commercial details in quotations.

• Coordinate with the purchase and technical departments for product pricing and availability.

• Follow up with clients on submitted quotations to convert into sales orders.

• Maintain records of all quotations, tenders, and pricing documents.

• Prepare comparison sheets and maintain updated price lists.

• Support the sales team with documentation for tenders and institutional sales.

• Handle customer queries related to quotations, product details, and delivery schedules.

• Generate MIS reports on quotations sent, pending, and converted.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
