Job Description

Prepare and send quotations based on inquiries received from clients, hospitals, and distributors.
Understand product specifications and ensure accurate technical and commercial details in quotations.
Coordinate with the purchase and technical departments for product pricing and availability.
Follow up with clients on submitted quotations to convert into sales orders.
Maintain records of all quotations, tenders, and pricing documents.
Prepare comparison sheets and maintain updated price lists.
Support the sales team with documentation for tenders and institutional sales.
Handle customer queries related to quotations, product details, and delivery schedules.
Generate MIS reports on quotations sent, pending, and converted.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
