Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller Cum Chat Process Executive to handle both inbound/outbound calls and online chat interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving queries, promoting services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Respond to customer queries via chat (website, WhatsApp, or other platforms)
Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and updates
Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (both verbal and written)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to multitask between calls and chat processes
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or chat process is preferred
Education
Minimum: 10th Pass
Graduate preferred
Experience
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
0–2 years of experience in customer service/telecalling/chat support preferred
