The role focuses on generating qualified leads and achieving account opening targets.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling & Lead Generation:Conduct high-volume cold and warm calling to potential customers from provided databases.Introduce the firm's services for trading across both the Equity (Cash, F&O) and Commodity (MCX) segments.Persuade prospects to open a Demat and Trading account.Product Explanation & Market Education:Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and differences between Equity and Commodity trading.Explain the account opening process, documentation requirements, and trading platform usage.Address basic customer queries regarding market volatility, margin requirements, and the fundamental risks associated with stocks and commodities.Sales Conversion & Target Achievement:Effectively communicate the company's value proposition (e.g., low brokerage, research support) to overcome objections and close the sale.Follow up with interested leads to ensure the account opening process is completed swiftly.Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and account activations.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all conversations, outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.Provide daily/weekly progress reports to the Team Leader or Sales Manager.Compliance & Ethics:Ensure all interactions and sales pitches strictly adhere to the regulatory guidelines (e.g., SEBI) and company compliance policies, particularly regarding disclosure of market risks.
