## Key Responsibilities
Handle •inbound and outbound customer calls•• professionally.
• Provide correct information about products/services.
Resolve customer queries and complaints with a •positive attitude••.
• Maintain call logs, records, and follow-up details.
• Meet daily/weekly targets when required.
• Escalate issues to the respective team when necessary.
• Build and maintain customer trust by providing excellent support.
## Required Skills
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English or regional languages.
• Customer-friendly and polite behaviour.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle mobile/CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and stay organized.
• Problem-solving and listening skills.
## Eligibility
• Freshers can apply.
• Prior experience in BPO / Telecalling / Customer Support is an added advantage.
