Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to prospective students and parents to explain AME CEE courses, exams, and admission processes.
  
  

• Counsel students regarding eligibility, exam patterns, and institute options.
  
  

• Maintain and update the student database on CRM software.
  
  

• Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and convert them into registrations.
  
  

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
  
  

• Provide accurate information and ensure a professional and positive interaction with every caller.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 to 6 years of telecalling or counseling experience in the educational industry.
  
  

• Good in English and Hindi, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales/admission targets.
  
  

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  
  

• Strong, convincing, and problem-solving abilities.
