Job Purpose:
To onboard new carpenters and contractors into the Advance Ply Loyalty Programme, maintain regular follow-ups, and ensure active engagement of enrolled members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call and onboard new carpenters and contractors into the loyalty programme
• Explain programme benefits — loyalty points, rewards, and referral structure
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM / register regularly
• Follow up with existing enrolled members to ensure they are active
• Collect feedback from carpenters on product quality and site experience
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and closure
• Meet weekly and monthly enrolment targets
Candidate Profile:
• Education: 12th pass minimum, graduate preferred
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in tele calling or inside sales
• Language: Fluent Hindi is must, basic English preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable working on the phone for extended hours
• Prior experience in building materials, paint, or construction industry is a plus
