Job Description

Credresolve is looking for experienced Collection Callers to join our Gurgaon team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recovery/collections for NPA and Write-Off cases and be comfortable handling customers through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for recovery of outstanding dues.

• Handle NPA and Write-Off accounts and drive collections as per assigned targets.

• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and repayment commitments.

• Negotiate payment plans and encourage customers to clear outstanding dues.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments and payments.

• Follow company collection processes, compliance guidelines and communication standards.

• Achieve individual collection and productivity targets.

• Escalate complex customer cases to the reporting manager when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recovery/collections.

• Experience specifically handling NPA and/or Write-Off cases is mandatory.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a collection environment.

• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.

• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
