*Location:* Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Gurgaon

*Shift Timing:* Night Shift 7:00 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST (U.S. Time Zone)

*Transport:* Both Side Cab Provided.

*Working Days:* 5 Days a Week.

*Education:* Minimum 12th Pass (with excellent English communication – verbal & written)

*Job Role & Responsibilities:*

• Handle outbound calls to U.S. customers for debt settlement process.

• Explain program details, assess eligibility, and generate interest.

• Maintain high conversion rates and meet assigned sales targets.

• Update CRM accurately after each interaction.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and internal quality standards.

*Candidate Requirements:*

• Must have excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written.

• Sales-driven personality with a positive and energetic attitude.

• Ability to work night shifts (U.S. Time Zone).

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• Freshers with telemarketing confidence are welcome!
