Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to connect with potential home interior clients, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings for our design team. Your main goal will be to generate qualified leads and fix appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential clients from provided database / leads
Introduce Aicusa Interiors and our services
Understand client requirements (flat size, budget, timeline)
Identify serious clients and filter out non-relevant leads
Schedule meetings (site visit / office visit) for the design team
Maintain daily call records and update lead status
Follow up with interested clients regularly

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Confident and convincing speaking ability
Basic understanding of sales or telecalling (preferred)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Freshers can apply
Do Whatsapp instead of calls.
