Telecaller

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Real Estate Telecaller to join our growth-driven sales team. Your primary objective will be the front-end of our sales pipeline: making high-volume cold calls, qualifying raw leads, maintaining regular follow-ups, and pitching our property portfolio.

Your ultimate goal is to convert cold prospects into hot leads and successfully schedule physical site visits for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Cold Calling:

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective buyers from provided databases.

  • Introduce our residential/commercial projects and spark initial customer interest.

• Lead Qualification & Profiling:

  • Ask targeted questions to understand the prospect's budget, preferred location, configuration choice, and buying timeline.

  • Filter out low-intent queries and accurately categorize premium prospects.

• Structured Follow-ups & Pipeline Management:

  • Consistently follow up with warm leads via calls and official WhatsApp.

  • Share project brochures, price sheets, and location layouts digitally with interested clients.

• Appointment Scheduling:

  • Convince qualified leads to visit our project sites.

  • Coordinate directly with the field sales managers to schedule and hand over confirmed site visits.

• CRM Data Management:

  • Accurately log call dispositions, customer feedback, and next action dates in the CRM software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months+ experience as a Telecaller, Inside Sales Agent, or Customer Relationship Executive (CRE).

• Communication: Fluent, clear, and persuasive speaking skills in [Insert Local Language, e.g., Hindi] and conversational English.

• Phone Etiquette: Exceptional listening skills with a polite, professional tone and the ability to maintain high energy levels throughout the day.

• Resilience: High emotional resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively during cold calling campaigns.

• Tech Literacy: Basic familiarity with calling software, CRM platforms, and WhatsApp tools.
