We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers by phone to inform them about our products/services, generate sales, or collect feedback. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with great customer service skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Respond to incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, or provide product information.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on company offerings.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in a CRM or database.
Follow up with leads and prospects.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle objections and convince potential customers.
Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, problems, interests, and trends.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in [insert languages as required: English, Hindi, etc.].
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM software.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Patience and the ability to handle pressure.
