Job Description:

Adobe Accents Home Décor is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our customer engagement team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inquiries, and promoting our wide range of home décor products to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products.

·         Respond to incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.

·         Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.

·         Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

·         Follow up with customers to ensure good service.

·         Meet monthly targets.

Required Skills:

·         Fluency in Kannada and English.

·         Clear and polite telephone etiquette.

·         Good listening and communication skills.

·         Ability to work under targets and maintain professionalism.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum qualification: SSLC (10th Pass).

·         Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.

·         Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
