Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Executive to contribute to our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Explain products/services and generate interest among prospects.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and conversions.

• Handle customer queries and resolve them efficiently.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

• Proven experience as a tele caller, tele sales representative, or similar role is a plus.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in [Hindi/English/Regional language].

• Good knowledge of computer systems and MS Office.

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
