We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers for an outbound calling process. The primary responsibility will be to call bank customers who have defaulted on their loan or credit card payments and remind them to clear their dues.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers who have missed loan or credit card payments.
Inform customers about their pending dues and request timely payment.
Maintain a record of calls and update the recovery status.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and recovery goals.
