We are hiring Telecallers to join our Customer Account Support team. The role involves calling existing customers to inform them about their pending dues, assisting them with account-related queries, and guiding them towards resolution.
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments or dues
Explain account details clearly and professionally
Maintain follow-up with customers until issues are resolved
Update and manage records in internal systems and Excel sheets
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in handling payment-related conversations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic data entry, filtering, updating records)
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
