Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle student enquiries for Mechanical CAD/CAM training courses such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, NX, etc. The role involves calling students, explaining course details, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Call prospective students from provided leads
Explain CAD/CAM mechanical courses, duration, fees, and benefits
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
Follow up with interested students regularly
Maintain call records and student data
Coordinate with the training and counseling team
Achieve monthly admission targets

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (English, Hindi & local language)
Confident and persuasive speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
Ability to handle student queries patiently
Interest in education / training industry

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in education, training institute, or course sales is a plus
Mechanical background knowledge is an advantage (not mandatory)
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
