Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our property offerings.

2. Generate leads and schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team.

3. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

4. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to ensure engagement.

5. Keep detailed records of calls, client interactions, and leads in the CRM.

6. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

7. Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

8. Represent the company in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
