Job Description – (Credit Bureau Operations)

• Position: 1-2 years’ experience – Operations, Credit Bureau Operations (Banks and Financial Institutions) Location: Pune, India.

Position Overview -

• We are seeking an intern to join our Credit Bureau Operations team. This role offers hands-on exposure to production support, data execution, and testing activities within the banking and financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities -

• Support production activities and ensure timely deliveries across two working shifts for 6 working days.

• Execute and process raw data for operational requirements.

• Assist in UAT regression testing to validate system changes.

• Perform L1 and L2 analysis on incoming requests/issues.

• Demonstrate flexibility in working across different shifts as required.

• Apply technical/semi-technical knowledge to operational tasks.

• Exhibit energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new functional skills.

• Collection of documents for Audit purposes

Desired Skills -

• Basic knowledge of SQL for data handling.

• Familiarity with UNIX commands and environment.

• Good communication and client management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
