We are looking for a polite and professional Telecaller to handle incoming calls. The candidate will be responsible for answering customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Receive and respond to incoming customer calls
Provide information about products or services clearly and accurately
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Report daily activities to the team leader
Excellent communication skills (in English / Hindi or regional language)
Polite, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Good listening and problem-solving skills
