We are hiring AI Training Associates to support large-scale Artificial Intelligence model development through structured video data collection. This role involves recording first-person (egocentric) task-based videos focusing on hand movements while performing everyday indoor activities.
This is a unique opportunity to directly contribute to AI training systems by generating high-quality task execution data following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Key Responsibilities
Record egocentric (first-person) videos while performing assigned household tasks.
Ensure hands remain visible for the majority of the task duration.
Maintain indoor recording conditions with proper lighting and minimal shadows.
Avoid face exposure and any personally identifiable information (PII).
Follow strict video duration guidelines (6–35 minutes per task).
Rename and organize video files as per agreed folder structure.
Report hourly progress to assigned supervisors.
Complete a minimum of 30–32 productive hours within 12 days to qualify for payout.
Maintain consistent production averaging 4+ hours per day.
Video Recording Requirements
Indoor recording only.
No narration or voice-over required.
No reflections (mirrors, glass surfaces).
No face exposure at any time.
No addresses, phone numbers, or identity-revealing information visible.
Proper lighting and clear visibility of hands throughout the task.
Eligibility Criteria
Inter/Degree candidates / Graduates (any stream).
Comfortable working with smartphones (iPhone preferred).
Detail-oriented with ability to follow structured instructions.
Willing to train AI systems through structured task execution.
Ability to work consistently and meet daily productivity targets.
Performance & Quality Standards
All submitted videos will undergo Quality Check (QC).
Videos may be rejected if they include:
Face exposure
Identity-revealing information
Poor lighting or excessive shadowing
Task duration violations
Extended absence of hands in frame
