Job Description

We are hiring a candidate to handle calling and follow-ups on digital marketing and social media leads for secured and unsecured business loans. We primarily handle cases of companies with a turnover of ₹50 lakhs and above; therefore, our clients are mostly HNI (High Net Worth Individuals).

The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their financial requirements, and clearly explaining our loan services in a professional and sober manner.

Since our clients are business owners and HNI individuals, the candidate should be mature, confident, and able to communicate professionally.

Good communication skills and sales experience are preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel is compulsory.
