Telecaller for Independent Franchise Consultant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Telecaller to support our independent franchise and business consulting practice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a crucial role in lead generation and appointment setting. Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to a curated list of potential clients, including individuals who have expressed interest in business ownership or franchising.
Appointment Setting: Qualify leads by asking a series of questions to determine their interest, financial capacity, and business goals. Book appointments for the Independent Franchise Consultant to conduct a full consultation.
Database Management: Accurately record all call information, lead details, and appointment outcomes in a CRM system.
Information Dissemination: Provide a brief, compelling overview of our consulting services and the benefits of working with an independent franchise consultant.
Performance Tracking: Work to meet and exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Independent Franchise Consultant to understand current needs and refine calling scripts and strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in a telecalling, telesales, or customer service role is preferred.
Experience in the financial services, real estate, or franchise industries is a plus.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly phone demeanor.
