Job Title: Inbound Voice Process Executive – TNEB (Tamil Nadu Electricity Board)

Location: Mount Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 CTC per month

Full-time | Rotational Shifts

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for the Inbound Voice Process for TNEB (Tamil Nadu Electricity Board). The role involves handling customer queries and complaints related to electricity services through inbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of incoming calls from TNEB customers.

Assist customers with billing issues, service complaints, power outages, and other electricity-related queries.

Log all call details accurately in the system.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Languages: Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory,basic English.

Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of voice process experience are welcome.

Skills: Good communication, patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

Rotational shifts (Morning, Evening and Night)

4-day work week (Weekly 3 day off)

Comfortable call centre environment with basic amenities.
