Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Client Management: Guiding buyers/sellers through the process, understanding their needs, and advising on prices and mortgages.

• Marketing & Listing: Creating property advertisements, arranging professional photos, and hosting open houses to attract buyers.

• Transaction Processing: Preparing legal documents, such as contracts, deeds, and lease agreements.

• Negotiation: Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure fair terms.

• Market Research: Monitoring property market trends, price changes, and zoning laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• License: Must be a licensed real estate agent or broker.
