Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through chat (70%) and voice calls (30%) for international clients.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction at all times.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Follow company policies, procedures, and international compliance standards.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team or supervisor when required.
Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle international customers with professionalism and empathy.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat support tools.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in international BPO / customer support is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
