• Make outbound calls to potential delivery partner candidates from databases or leads provided.

• Explain the job role, responsibilities, and benefits of becoming a delivery partner (e.g., with Swiggy, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.).

• Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria (age, documents, vehicle availability, etc.).

• Resolve candidate queries related to onboarding, payout structure, incentives, or work timings.

• Schedule interviews, walk-ins, or assist with online onboarding as required.

• Maintain records of daily calls, interested candidates, and conversion status in the CRM or Excel.

• Follow up regularly with interested candidates to ensure they complete the joining process.

• Coordinate with the recruitment or field team to streamline the hiring process.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and hiring targets.

• Report daily progress to the team leader or hiring manager.
