Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller & Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting in order processing, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and support

  • Process and manage orders accurately in the system

  • Coordinate with logistics platforms like Shiprocket for order dispatch and tracking

  • Maintain customer records and follow-ups

  • Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of English (reading & understanding) and Fluent Hindi

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer knowledge is mandatory

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas preferred)

  • Experience with Shiprocket or similar shipping platforms is a plus

  • Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently
