Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller & Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting in order processing, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and support
Process and manage orders accurately in the system
Coordinate with logistics platforms like Shiprocket for order dispatch and tracking
Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions

Requirements

Basic understanding of English (reading & understanding) and Fluent Hindi
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas preferred)
Experience with Shiprocket or similar shipping platforms is a plus
Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently
