Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls to customers for overdue loan payments
Follow up on pending EMIs and ensure timely collections
Negotiate and convince customers for repayment commitments
Maintain accurate call records and collection status
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly collection targets
Escalate critical cases to field collection or senior team
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company pRequired Skills / Knowledge:
Basic understanding of NBFC operations (Non-Banking Financial Company)
Knowledge of RBI guidelines related to collections
Understanding of CIBIL Score and its impact
Familiarity with DPD (Days Past Due)
Knowledge of PTP (Promise to Pay) handling
Understanding of ROI (Rate of Interest)olicies
KYC Knowledge:
E-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer)
C-KYC (Central KYC)
Manual KYC
Conceptual Understanding:
Difference between Collection vs Recovery
Collection: Follow-up on early-stage dues
Recovery: Handling delinquent / high overdue accounts
Difference between Banking vs NBFC
