We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with 5–8 years of sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
.Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
.Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers
.Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
.Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
.Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally
.Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or email
.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Sales Executive
Ability to convince and close sales
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to handle pressure and objections
Fluent in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)
