Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Tele Sales Executive to manage sales of computer parts and IT hardware in the Pan India market. The candidate will be responsible for contacting dealers, distributors, and end customers via phone to promote and sell computer components, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic market.
Generate leads through social media platform, networking, and market research.
Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Make outbound calls to dealers, retailers, and distributors across South India to promote computer parts.
Sell products such as motherboards, processors, RAM, SSDs, graphics cards, SMPS, cabinets, and peripherals.
Develop and maintain relationships with IT dealers and resellers.
Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and sales updates in CRM or sales software.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order processing and delivery.
Stay updated on latest computer hardware trends and pricing.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years experience in telesales, preferably in IT hardware or computer parts.
Good understanding of computer components and accessories.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle dealer networks and bulk orders.
Language Requirements
Candidates should be fluent in English or Hindi and preferably one South Indian language such as:
Tamil
Telugu
Kannada
Malayalam
Preferred Skills
Experience selling IT hardware or computer spare parts.
Existing contacts with computer dealers or IT resellers in South India.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheet, CRM or sales tracking tools.
Ability to explain technical product specifications clearly.
