We are looking for a Tele Counselor to join our team. The role offers an In-Hand Salary of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month and involves managing customer calls, counseling potential customers, and providing information related to our Services. Key Responsibilities:
Make incoming and outgoing calls to customers/leads in a professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and guidance.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries and concerns with a polite and problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass/Graduate, and the role is open to Freshers and Experienced Candidates. Good communication skills, a confident personality, and basic computer knowledge are preferred. Female candidates are preferred for this role. Candidates must be open to working a 6-day week during the Day Shift.
