Tele Counsellor

Expert Education is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Student Counsellor to join our growing team in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding students toward the right academic and career paths, and ensuring a positive and supportive environment for their educational journey.

🔹 Responsibilities:

•            Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on inquiries.

•            Counsel and guide clients/students/customers about the organisation's offerings (courses/services/products).

•            Address queries and provide detailed information clearly and accurately.

•            Maintain a record of daily calls, follow-ups, and conversion status.

•            Achieve assigned targets (enrolments, appointments, sales, etc.).

•            Handle calls in a professional manner and ensure a high standard of customer service.

•            Escalate complex queries/issues to the concerned department when required.

•            Keep updated knowledge about the organisation's offerings.

•            Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

🔹 Requirements:

•            Bachelor's degree (related fields preferred).

•            Prior experience in tele-counselling / tele-sales / customer service preferred.

•            Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•            Ability to handle objections and persuade effectively.

•            Female candidate preferred
