Customer Support Tele Counsellor

We are looking for a Female Tele Sales Cum Counselor Executive who will be responsible for working on provided leads, counseling interested prospects, and converting them into paid enrollments for Third Rock and Mentor RJ's real estate training, courses, classes, and mentorship programs.

This is a sales-oriented counseling role where the candidate will speak with prospects, explain the relevant programs, handle queries and objections, conduct follow-ups, and successfully convert interested leads into registrations and paid enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on provided leads and connect with prospective customers through calls.

• Introduce prospects to Third Rock Realty and Mentor RJ's real estate training, courses, classes, and mentorship programs.

• Counsel interested leads about the relevant training and paid programs.

• Clearly explain course/program structure, features, benefits, duration, fees, enrollment process, and other relevant details.

• Recommend the relevant Mentor RJ training or mentorship program based on the prospect's interest.

• Convert interested leads into paid registrations and enrollments.

• Follow up regularly with interested and warm leads until successful conversion.

• Handle prospects' questions and objections related to fees, course value, program structure, timings, and enrollment.

• Build confidence and communicate the value of the training/mentorship programs effectively.

• Generate enrollments for Mentor RJ Online Classes:

o Real Estate Sales Training

o Real Estate Training Programs

• Perform upselling and cross-selling of relevant courses, training programs, and mentorship opportunities.

• Reconnect with existing/interested leads for additional or relevant programs.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales/enrollment targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum Graduate in any stream.

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in Tele Sales, Tele Counseling, Counseling, Inside Sales, Education Sales, or Lead Conversion will be preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales and follow-up abilities.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone.

• Ability to explain products/programs clearly and persuasively.

• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.

What We Offer

💰 Fixed Salary

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month fixed, depending on experience and suitability for the role.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
