About the Role

We are hiring Spanish-speaking Collection Specialists to manage international debt recovery portfolios. The role involves handling voice-based interactions with Spanish customers, negotiating payments, and ensuring compliance with global collection standards such as FDCPA.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound collection calls with Spanish-speaking customers (US/International portfolio)

Drive debt recovery and resolution of delinquent accounts

Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and closures within defined guidelines

Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in collection systems

Ensure strict adherence to FDCPA and client compliance policies

Handle disputes and escalations professionally

Achieve monthly collection targets and KPIs

Deliver a customer-centric approach while managing sensitive conversations

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year experience in Spanish Voice Process (Collections preferred)

Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (both mandatory)

Prior exposure to international collections / US process is highly preferred

Comfortable working in rotational shifts including night shifts

Basic knowledge of collections lifecycle and CRM tools
