We are looking for a Tele-collection to join our team at NBFC. The role offers ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to NBFC. Join us for a great work environment with various opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for pending EMI payments and overdue loan recovery.
Remind customers about payment due dates, outstanding amounts, and repayment options.
Follow up regularly with customers who have missed their EMI payments.
Understand customer payment issues and encourage timely repayment.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment updates and customer concerns.
Follow company policies and maintain professional communication during collection calls.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience in tele-calling, tele-collections, EMI recovery, loan recovery, or debt collection is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Patience, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach.
