We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join our Collections & Loan Recovery Team as a Tele Collection Executive.

Position Details

• Job Title: Tele Collection Executive

• Location: Shenoy Nagar, Chennai

• Job Type: Full-time

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Work Profile: 40% Calling | 60% System Work
  

Key Responsibilities

• Handle telephonic collections and recovery for various loan products.

• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.

• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update collection details in the system.

• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets while maintaining professional customer interactions.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Collections or Loan Recovery.

• DRA Certification is preferred.

• Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory.

• Candidates with an immediate to 30-day notice period are preferred.
