Tele-Collection Executive

We are looking for a Tele-Collection Executive to join our team at Acuerdo India Private Limited The role involves making outbound calls, reminding customers about pending payments, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a professional and polite approach. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹13000 - ₹32000 Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (based on performance). and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.

• Remind customers of due dates and payment methods.

• Negotiate and convince customers for timely payments.

• Update payment commitments and remarks in the system.

• Follow up with customers as per schedule until payment is received.

• Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience (Freshers with good communication can apply). You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
