We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team at Yashika Diamonds Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to B2C Sales. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the day shift.

Yashika Diamonds, a diamond jewellery brand, is looking for experienced and confident female Telecallers to join our team.

Job Details

• Position: Telecaller (Female)

• Number of Openings: 2

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years

• Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

• Location: Sector 67, Noida

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle incoming customer enquiries.

• Follow up with prospective customers and generate business leads.

• Maintain customer databases and call records.

• Coordinate with the sales team to support customer conversions.

• Communicate professionally with customers and build strong relationships.

• Update call details, follow-ups and customer information using Excel and computer systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant telecalling experience.

• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

• Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Excel are essential.

• Good communication, convincing and follow-up skills.

• Professional attitude and a customer-focused approach.

• Candidates residing within approximately 5–7 km of Sector 67, Noida, will be given preference. Nearby candidates only will be considered.

Preferred

• Prior experience in the jewellery industry, especially diamond or luxury jewellery, will be an added advantage.
