Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling cum HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling both outbound calls and HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling Duties (50%):

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers/leads.

• Explain company products or services and generate interest.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into potential clients.

• Maintain records of calls and update CRM or lead tracking software.

• Handle customer inquiries and route them appropriately.

HR Duties (50%):

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals and social media.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews.

• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees.

• Maintain employee records and assist in day-to-day HR operations.

• Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or Business Management preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert language(s)].

• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.

• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM/HRMS tools.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in telecalling or recruitment will be an advantage.

• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
