A Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to reach out to potential customers, promote products or services, address inquiries, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires good communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products or services and generate interest.
Answer incoming calls, resolve queries, and provide information.
Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
Follow up on leads and close sales where possible.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
Report feedback, issues, and outcomes to the team leader/manager.
Good communication skills in English/Hindi/regional language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Persuasive and target-oriented.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred).
