Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Generate new business leads for third-party manufacturing services.
Explain the company's manufacturing services for Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, and Veterinary products.
Understand customer requirements and collect product details.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, inquiries, samples, and orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
Coordinate with the marketing, production, purchase, and quality teams to update customers on order status.
Maintain accurate customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling and lead generation reports.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and lead follow-up activities when required.

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing) / BBA / B.Com/ B.Sc or equivalent.

Requirements

Experience: 1 to 5 Years.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
Ability to build customer relationships and handle follow-ups.
