Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with clients for pending payments via calls, emails, and messages
Maintain and update records of receivables and payment status
Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice details and payment confirmations
Resolve client queries related to invoices and payments
Ensure timely collection as per agreed payment terms
Prepare daily/weekly reports on outstanding payments
Escalate long-pending or critical payment issues to management
