Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our team as Telecallers. You will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain the company’s products/services clearly and professionally.

• Maintain customer database and update records.

• Follow communication scripts and handle customer queries.

• Generate leads and achieve daily/weekly targets.

• Maintain a positive, professional attitude during calls.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (verbal).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Polite and customer-friendly attitude.

• Ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications:

• Bcom graduate.

• Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
