Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Jammu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers, and promoting products/services while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Generate leads and follow up on prospects to convert them into customers

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or information

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

• Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when required

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (local language proficiency is a plus)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

• Good listening skills and customer-focused approach
