Job Role: Collection & Recovery Telecaller

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding collections and recovery.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Follow up with customers for pending payments.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

Experience in telecalling or collections is preferred but freshers can also apply.
