Job Description

Designation: - Junior AMC Coordinator (Annual Maintenance Contract)
Location: - Pune

ABOUT US - Senses Intelligent Interactive Panel has been revolutionizing teaching PAN India since 2013. It has helped classrooms evolve into active learning centres by providing an interactive and collaborative learning experience.

Position Overview - The Junior AMC Coordinator will assist in the smooth operation of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services. The role involves handling customer calls, creating and tracking support tickets in the ERP software, coordinating with field engineers, and ensuring timely service delivery for AMC products and panels. The coordinator will also support customer feedback activities, maintain documentation, and help resolve basic customer concerns. This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• AMC Support Coordination:
o Create, track, and update service tickets for AMC-related requests using the ERP system.
o Coordinate with technicians/engineers to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
o Follow up on pending tickets and maintain smooth day-to-day AMC operations.

• Customer Feedback & Communication:
o Communicate with customers through calls or emails to provide updates on their service requests.
o Collect basic customer feedback after service closures.
o Escalate major customer concerns to senior team members when required.

• Client Coordination & Issue Support:
o Make follow-up calls to clients regarding scheduled visits or pending service actions.
o Assist in handling minor complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
o Support senior coordinators in managing urgent or high-priority customer issues.

• Service Performance Monitoring:
o Track ticket deadlines and assist in ensuring SLA compliance.
o Coordinate with the operations team to monitor the progress of service requests.
o Maintain records of daily service performance metrics.

• Reporting & Documentation:
o Maintain accurate AMC records, service reports, and client communication logs.
o Prepare daily and weekly updates on ticket status for internal review.
o Assist in report preparation for management when required.

• Team Coordination:
o Coordinate with field engineers, support staff, and internal teams for effective service delivery.
o Help the AMC team with basic troubleshooting information and task updates.
o Follow up with engineers to collect service completion reports.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Work with sales, operations, and logistics teams as needed for AMC-related activities.
o Coordinate for part replacements or service components when required.

Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer calls politely and professionally.
• Basic experience with ERP software or willingness to learn.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, email drafting, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple service requests.
