• Familiarity with the products/services offered by the organization.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective leads generated via marketing

campaigns, social media, and referrals.

2. Lead Generation & Qualification:

• Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.

3. Follow-ups:

• Schedule follow-up calls and appointments.

4. Telemarketing Campaigns:

• Execute targeted telemarketing campaigns to generate awareness and interest.

• Participate in promotional activities such as product launches or event

invitations.

5. CRM Management & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed call logs, lead status, and outcomes using CRM or Excel.

6. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build rapport with clients and maintain relationships for future business.
