Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller (Sales) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, explain our agricultural land investment offerings, and convert leads into sales. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, so your communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads provided through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, referrals, and inquiries.
Explain the company’s farmland projects, features, benefits, and investment returns clearly and persuasively.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable farmland solutions.
Follow up with prospects and maintain continuous engagement until deal closure.
Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team for follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle objections and rejections professionally.
Provide timely feedback to the team and report daily call performance.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients and seek referrals.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Persuasive and confident speaking tone.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telecalling, tele-sales, or customer support (preferably in real estate, banking, or insurance not mandatory). Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Prior knowledge of agricultural land or farmland investments is an added advantage.
Work Schedule:
6 Days Working
Office-based role in Hyderabad
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
