Job Description

We are hiring a Personal Loan Telecaller who will handle outbound calls and generate personal loan sales. The candidate should be confident, target-driven, and able to convert leads over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan offers
Explain loan amount, interest rate, tenure, and eligibility
Check customer details (salary, company, CIBIL score)
Guide customers about required documents (Aadhar, PAN, Bank Statement, Payslip)
Follow up regularly to close deals
Coordinate with bank/NBFC for loan processing
Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Experience in telecalling or loan sales preferred
Basic knowledge of Personal Loan process

Skills:

Convincing & negotiation skills
Customer handling over phone
Target-oriented approach
Basic computer knowledge
