Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue payments.Remind and persuade customers to clear outstanding dues in a timely manner.Negotiate and schedule payment plans when necessary.Maintain accurate call records, payment commitments, and customer details.Coordinate with the accounts and field collection teams to track payments.Follow company guidelines, recovery targets, and compliance regulations.Handle customer queries and grievances in a professional and courteous manner.Prepare daily and weekly collection reports for management review.
